Children’s Ministry

First Baptist cares about children. We offer a complete children’s ministry comprised of Sunday morning Bible classes for all ages, children’s church during the worship time, and Wednesday evening activities. Our Wednesday evening children’s ministry is called Warriors for Jesus!

Each week the children meet and study The Gospel Project literature and participate in recreation time. The Gospel Project is a study of Scriptures with a focus on how each Bible story fits into the story of redemption through the gospel of Jesus Christ. The children also participate in mission projects as we teach them to cooperate in sharing the gospel.

We also have several children’s events through the year including parties, Vacation Bible School, Cedar Glade Baptist Camp, and our annual HallowHim fall festival. Your child will find a place of love and warmth as they learn about the gospel of Jesus Christ and how the gospel impacts the world around them.
