Bro. Bill Williams of International Church Planters presented an overview of their ministry to the congregation at First Baptist Church of Lepanto Sunday evening. Here, he explains how they help to start indigenous believers in Ecuador and other countries throughout the world to start their own churches and win souls for the Lord.
